Photos: (1) Pepper, Ambrose, Griz waiting for Dave to throw a ball. (2) Grizzy, the baby, will be 2 on February 17th (3) Ambrose will be 3 in March and weighs 110lbs (4) Pepper Anne is such a beautiful girl. It is hard to believe she'll be eight on February 22nd. She weighs 76lbs (5) Grizzy is such a daddy's boy (6) Jazzy was rather grumpy because everyone was playing and she didn't like it. We won't say her weight --it ticks her off. Needless to say, she is on the fluffy side. Jazzy will be twelve in July. She has cataracts and very few teeth. She does love being groomed daily and getting her massage. (7) Amby looking pretty. (8) Grizzy playing king of the person--I mean "the mountain" (9) Pepper laying down after playing ball. (10) Pepper looking beautiful.

Jazzy is now six years old,
has, as you can see, gotten fat. She has been on a diet for a year
(she weighs 94)...bless her heart, she's as loving as all get out
- adored by everyone she meets because she is so sweet natured.

Our family:
Pepper Anne (the long haired, tan saddle backnow four years old, has - as you can see - has become more beautiful (how was that possible?) She had her yearly check up last week and has gained 7 pounds. She now weighs a healthy 78 pounds. She is a total guard dog and still very ball driven. She loves to play any kind of game I make up.
Jazzy (the black and tan with white chin) is now six years old, has - as you can see- gotten fat. She has been on a diet for a year (she weighs 94)...bless her heart, She's as loving as all get out and adored by everyone she meets because she is so sweet natured. She still walks sideways like a drunk! Totally endearing, but still has issues with separation, but her "happy pills" get that corrected in a couple of days! She is a gentle soul.
Cinci (the tan plush coat that likes to be called "WooWoo") -is so handsome and has had the biggest transformation of all the kids. He is now weighing in at 86 and looks fantastic . The doctor is now estimating his age at 11 years. He doesn't see so well, doesn't hear so good, but has a nose that is unbelievable! He gave me a tiny kiss, the first one since we've had him for three years! What an accomplishment for him! He now stays in the room and socializes in his quiet way when we have company instead of hiding. However, he does stay very still like he is playing the invisible game... He made it past a huge hurdle over the weekend. He will now go out AND COME IN all doors!!! He has always been afraid of coming in any door but the front door - so, he still makes improvements (just tiny ones.) I layed down on his feather bed with him the other night and what talking "woo woo" to him. He layed against me and gave me a tiny kiss on the face and then turned away as if I was going to hurt him (I cried and showered his scarred head and face with kisses) He actually smiled. He is such a beautiful boy.
Ambrose (the black puppy). He turned a year old this month. He is from a very reputable breeder. We decided to have a "baby" and Ambrose was the result. He is taller and will be much bigger than the other kids. He too is a long haired (love those long haired dogs!) and thinks Jazz is his mom and Cinci is his dad. He will actually get a ball and throw it to Pepper. They created a game where Pepper stands at the top of the stairs and rolls a ball down. He is waiting at the bottom and brings it back up. It oesn't last too long, after three or four times he poops out and she looks like she is laughing hysterically. He then goes and lays down for a nap. She brings the ball to the humans in the family and and we play with her for a while. (Pepper knows how to get rid of the competition!)
