Polar loves living in the country and loves eating corn on the cob. Of course it isn't cooked, but he loves to throw it around and play with it. Polar now weighs 95 pounds and is a happy, healthy dog. Our son is now 6 and there isn't anywhere he goes that Polar does not. Polar is truly a part of our family and a wonderful companion and friend to my son.

Polar Bear

Adopted August 10, 2002

Polar Bear was a large, White German Shepherd Dog that needed a lot of tender loving care and good home cookin'. He was only 62 pounds! He had fly bitten ears that, although now healed, would always be a little a shorter than they originally were. He had spent years of his life left outdoors, neglected. However, he still maintained a trusting and loving personality.
