We are an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue in Urbana, Illinois.

To adopt a dog, you must first fill out an online application.

To give up your dog, you must fill out the online owner giveup form. We rarely take owner give-ups and never take aggressive dogs.

NOTE: We do not have the funds or resources to help people with serious health issues with their dogs.

If you are a shelter, humane society, or pound, and wish to transfer a dog to this rescue, please fill out a Shelter Transfer form.

Elizabeth Riddle, our rescue president, outside of her full-time job and continuing educational pursuits, is an animal behaviorist and an obedience instructor, with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Illinois with a specialty in Ethology (the study of animal behavior).
