Jesse Photo Gallery

Adoped March 11, 2006 Jesse was a 2 year old, black/tan, neutered, male German Shepherd Dog. This sweetheart of a boy just got along with everybody and everything. He had been through a lot. He was picked up as a stray and put into the animal control's "general population pen" (Many dogs together). He was jumped by the other dogs and injured pretty badly. He was taken to an animal hospital where it was discovered that he was heartworm positive. Lucky for him, there was a local foundation that helped pay for health care in strays. Because of this, he was able to stay at the animal hospital rather than go back to the pound.
